[ 01 — free forever ]

1. Community Core License (Free Forever)

The Termetra Community Core (including multi-tab Direct PTY SSH, SFTP live edit with automatic save-back, Jump Hosts / Bastion tunneling, Serial UART, RDP/VNC tabs, and visual port forwarding tunnels) is granted to you free of charge for unlimited personal, educational, commercial, and enterprise usage without expiration or artificial feature limits.

2. Modular Add-On Lifetime Licenses

Modular add-on packs (including Vault Security, Personal Sync, and Team Sync) are licensed under a Perpetual Lifetime License model:

Non-Expiring: Once purchased, your cryptographic license token will never expire, degrade, or require recurring subscription payments.
Offline Validity: Add-on licenses function 100% offline without requiring continuous phone-home verification or cloud server heartbeats.
Updates & Security: Each perpetual license includes all continuous minor updates, performance fixes, and security patches for the purchased major version line.
Hardware Migrations: You are entitled to transfer your license key between your own personal machines or self-hosted servers.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer the cryptographic token signing algorithms, create unauthorized key generators, or publicly redistribute proprietary add-on binaries without written authorization from Genthux Diginesia.

4. Self-Hosted Data Ownership

All data, connection vaults, SSH private keys, and session artifacts processed by Termetra remain exclusively your property. Genthux Diginesia does not claim any intellectual property rights or access privileges over customer data or self-hosted sync instances.

5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

Termetra is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Genthux Diginesia or its contributors be liable for any claim, damages, server outages, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the software.
