ZERO TELEMETRY.ZERO EXCUSES.

Termetra does not track you. No analytics in the client, no keys leaving your machine. Wireshark-verifiable silence.

Core Summary: Termetra does not track you. We do not collect telemetry from your desktop client, and your server passwords, private keys, and session logs never leave your local machine.

1. Desktop Application Telemetry

The Termetra desktop application on Windows and Linux contains zero analytics trackers, telemetry collectors, or crash report uploaders. No network traffic is generated by Termetra other than the direct SSH, SFTP, Serial, RDP, or VNC connections that you explicitly initiate to your target hosts.

2. Credential & Profile Storage

All connection profiles, private keys, jump host chains, and snippet variables are stored locally in an encrypted SQLCipher v3 (AES-256-GCM) database on your file system. Genthux Diginesia does not own or maintain any cloud database that stores customer credentials.

[ 03 — sync ]

3. Self-Hosted Synchronization

If you choose to use the optional Personal Sync or Team Sync packs, all synchronization runs through your own self-hosted Docker container. Synchronization envelopes are encrypted client-side with CPace PAKE before transmission, ensuring that only paired clients with your master password can decrypt the data.

4. Website & Marketing Analytics

Our public marketing website uses standard privacy-compliant Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization to evaluate page traffic. We do not correlate web visits with individual desktop user sessions.
